This page covers visulyapp.com, the waitlist, and the in-browser demo. The desktop app is not generally available yet. If that changes how we handle data, this page will be updated.
Who we are
Visuly is a product by Tudor. Questions: @tudorbuildsai on X.
What we collect
- Waitlist email. If you join the waitlist, we store the address you type so we can mail you when the desktop app is ready. That form is processed by Formspree.
- Demo email (optional). The try page can remember an email in your browser with localStorage. It stays on your device unless you clear site data.
- Analytics. If you accept cookies, Vercel Web Analytics records page views. It is meant to be cookieless / privacy-oriented, but we still treat it as optional. See Cookies.
- Demo prompts. Questions you send on the try page go to our demo API so we can return a visual answer. Do not paste secrets or personal data you would not want processed.
What we do not do
We do not sell your email. We do not use waitlist addresses for unrelated advertising lists.
How long we keep it
Waitlist addresses stay until you ask to be removed, or until we shut the list down after launch. Browser storage lasts until you clear it. Analytics aggregates are kept by Vercel under their retention.
Your choices
- Reject analytics on the cookie bar, or change your mind by clearing site data and choosing again.
- Ask to leave the waitlist via X (@tudorbuildsai) using the same email you submitted.
